Delivery FREE of CHARGE in Mid Devon Area

Delivery & on-site erection of our sheds and sun houses is normally FREE of CHARGE in the Crediton/Exeter/Tiverton area provided a level site and easy vehicular access is available. Delivery charges to other areas are available on request but it is normally not practical to deliver sheds more than 40 miles from the Mid Devon Area. Wooden bearers can be provided at a small extra cost. A 10% Deposit will be required with order the balance to be paid on delivery. 

Sheds are available with a Pent (single span) or Apex (double sided) Roof.

Standard construction is with a 38mm x 50mm framework with either a Tongue and Groove Shiplap or 125mm x 12mm Weatherboard Cladding. A heavier duty 38mm x 75mm cladding is also available for larger workshop type sheds. All Sheds & Sun houses are built to order therefore we will be pleased incorporate any of your individual requirements such as door or window positions and/or sizes.

Further Specifications
The Weatherboard Cladding has a 25mm overlap and is fixed in place with 50mm ring shank galvanised nails (not staples).
The Shiplap Cladding is planed in & outside & is locked together with tight tongue & groove joints.
Floors are made of 150mm x 16mm boards and roofs of 150mm x 10mm timber covered in Green Mineralised Felt, fixed in place with batons & galvanised nails and sealed with Black Roofing Tar.

A double 92cm x 60cm window is supplied as standard (more on larger sheds). Doors are approximately 65cm x 174cm and fitted with 3 Galvanised Hinges & a heavy duty Pad Bolt.

A high quality solvent based wood preserver is applied once assembled.
